The co-ed's too get a kick out of making them salivate....jajajajaja :D

P.S. The cops tend to look the other way at night when the girls get naked and sit around a campfire...ofcourse if it is not too cold, lol.MsBelindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09035993834877022676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3169314107796334970.post-24482281828036167252012-10-13T11:30:33.946-05:002012-10-13T11:30:33.946-05:00I retired July 1st and was "happy" trave...I retired July 1st and was "happy" traveling all over for the summer. Now that I'm home again (a stone's throw from you in Las Cruces) I find that I have to "schedule" things to keep me going. I also think that autumn makes me a little sad. The days grow colder and shorter, etc...Desert Divahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03484289454022517401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3169314107796334970.post-49369693510732986122012-10-13T11:08:22.191-05:002012-10-13T11:08:22.191-05:00I'm not so sure that lack of sun is BB's d...I'm not so sure that lack of sun is BB's depression problem. If we hadn't lived for a year in Puerto Rico back about a decade ago, I just mighta done myself in.
To me, the "light therapy" was something that helped me turn the corner. There were days before then that I was lower than low. Trying to figure out ways of doing myself in without leaving a mess.
So Billy Bob, get yourself to the sun. I'm not kidding.
It'll seem like a chore to do it at first, but once you're some place where it's sunny, you'll start to feel better. I believe this.Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03523653271715366168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3169314107796334970.post-26115700309690014652012-10-12T07:56:57.459-05:002012-10-12T07:56:57.459-05:00Depression seems to hit a lot of people in their o...Depression seems to hit a lot of people in their older years...There are some over the counter things that help mood they say...St. John's wort...SAM-E is another...but you have to watch for interactions with what you are already taking. LIght "therapy"...you can get special bulbs that mimic a certain spectrum of light that help mood. They plug into a regular lamp fixture. Now that the days are getting shorter, gray days can really plummet a person's mood if they are sensitive to the season's changes. Our rig can be very dark on cloudy days, I have to make sure all the blinds are wide open to let as much light in as possible. There's that Seasonal Affective Disorder--SAD...that people get when winter comes. I wouldn't think that would be the case down in Texas, though! But you might be someone who is affected by that. I'll bet your mood lifts in a day or two.....it's when it stays that way for long periods of time, weeks, months, that you gotta think about seeing the doctor...Depression isn't something that you can just "snap out of", that's for sure! Keep up the exercise on the bike, and the golf ball swakn' ---that really helps. About a week later the leg cramps at night almost did me in. Think I was dehydrated. Started up my water drinking again and after a few days the painful cramps were gone. Of course, the bathroom strolls still interrupt my sleep but unless I stub my toe on the way, it sure is less painful than the screaming leg cramps!

Regards from Florida,
NinaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3169314107796334970.post-9076460704786518822012-10-11T18:57:49.083-05:002012-10-11T18:57:49.083-05:00Guess we all have days like that from time to time...Guess we all have days like that from time to time! I just came back from the ranch and at times wishing I was home when I was out there, now that I'm home I'm wishing I was back at the ranch. I just can't get excited about doing anything any more or content on just doing nothing,I guess it just boils down to,I'm just not that damn happy any more for some damn reason.
Maybe we need to go out to that Chili Cook Off in Terlingua next month and hang out with some of them young drunk women for a while.
