  2. Always a good idea to go with the new LCD control panel, should be right on with the temp settings..

    1. A new control panel ain't really necessary when ya know how to hook up a cheap digital thermostat from Walmart or Home Depot. Hee Heee....goggle is yer best friend.
I put one on the back a/c. Keeps temp exactly what I set it to.

    1. Thanks George. I'm think'n a new a/c with no worries is a better choice than stay'n up at night wonder'n "when is "Bubba" is gonna bring my daughter home?" (total failure of a old a/c with a new fan motor).

    2. WOW that is good news. The old loose gaskets were a PITA to keep in place until everything was tightened down.

  7. Glad to see you got a good deal on that AC. It was more than a new fan motor but money well spent. That would have been a long blog if you would have put a new motor in the old unit and is shot craps 2 weeks later. I have to quit finding you "deals" it costs you money every time.

  10. Smart move, BB and a good deal to boot. Can't beat that. Now you can lie back and relax in the cool with nary a worry of a breakdown for a long time to come.

350 miles is a whole lot of mileage! It was worth it though, wasn't it? I can tell by the tone of your words. You're happy and your readers are happy for you.

Now I'm off to do my "rat-killing and find me a new door before it snows!

    Howdy BB,
Well that's one less thing you have to bitch about, now !!! If you go to Mew Nexico to see ol' Wayne you can stay coooool while you're out there... I thought you gave da porch to someone in the RV park, after that old woman got you 'run-out' !!! Make sure she sees that you're BACK !!! If you'd CLOSE THE DOOR, the A/C wouldn't have to work so hard and the 'damn' goat couldn't come inside, all of the time !!!

Lay down on your new mattress topper and enjoy your new air-conditioning !!!

Hope you have a very HAPPY DAY !!!!
