Ha Ha, Billy Bob gots a new floor.

Well shoot, I knowed I shouldn't have work so freak'n hard in one day......lookie here.

See there, the old Billy Bob don't mess round when there's a job to do. Shoot I was sooo excitis to get the brand spank'n new vinyl installed, I forgot to take a pic of the walnut flooring I installed under the vinyl. Had to pull Robert off the truss building too assist me in the installation of the vinyl flooring. Inside is complete with the slide out rollers screwed to the floor. Now I need to find me a clean'n woman to do a number. I love the new flooring......Yeeee haa!

The start of yesterday, my lower back hurted something fierce. Took me up some them pain reliev'n aspirins, got on the floor an' did some work. "Yo Mama" come down to check out progress an' bringed me a big ol' ice pack. That helped bout a ton or so.

Sleeped in the office chair for the last two nights. Got me some sleep....none them damn backard leg cramps like I get from the bed. This is one comfortable office chair that's for sure. But...who the hell wants to sleep in a office chair the rest their life?

4pm.....Holy cows, I done forget to finish this stuff. Went to work on the floor rollers an' done forgit what I was do'n....sheesh!!!

The aluminum angle "iron" on the end of the slide out has been removed, siliconed an' reinstalled. Ain't no water gonna git in there. Me an' Robert, we know some shit.

Ok, that's it. See ya next trip.

  1. Like that new floor. Whoopee. Just how complicated is a tile job? Been thinking long about having one or two or maybe the whole "residence" floors upgraded to SMOOTH. Hate carpet! 'cept for walking on it; then I love it. "Cat" likes it already. Progress - doing real good, Billy Bob. A pleasure knowing you and Robert work so well together.

    1. Oops....it's not a tile job. This is a single sheet of vinyl flooring. Bout the "how complicated", that all depends on who is do'n the job. If you have never installed it, it's gonna be complicated as hell.

You betcha the cat (Leonard) likes the new floor. He even helped install it.

Ha ha, as long as Robert does what I say, we work well together. I watch him very very carefully.

  2. hi BB. the reason robert knows anything is because his wonderful daddy taught him all that he knows right ? now i can easily see how is the boss in that motor home , the cat is in the middle of the floor showing us all how's territory it is . you are a much better man then i ever dream of been because i can not allow a cat ,dog ,or women to take over my little 33 foot territory . and also how many times have you changed the floor in your house ? it would seem that instead of cleaning your floor when it gets dirt you rather just change it like i change underwear . there is and never will be anyone on earth like you billy bob . you the man !

    1. Louie, I cain't take credit for everything Robert knows, but I can lead him in the right direction.

As for how many times I have changed the floor in "Sally da house", it's been three times. First was the walnut flooring to get rid of the carpet....hate carpet....an' the added strength of wood. Second waas the vinyl in kitchen an' liv'n room. The walnut flooring showed scratches an' had to sweep it twice a day. Never ever in your lifetime install dark wood floors in a RV. One speck of dust, you can see it. The third vinyl was installed because the other didn't reach the "dog house"....engine cover. It do now.

  4. I really like the new floor. Wanna come up to Sacramento and install one in my kitchen?

I think if you feel the most comfortable sleeping on the office chair, then that's where you should sleep until you feel like switching to someplace else. Living alone you can do anything ya want!

  7. Love the new floor, wish I could do that in our coach. The carpet is getting tired.
But the rollers are on our slide and roll on the carpet with the full weight of the slide, think it would destroy a vinyl floor, hmmm what to do ??
