Test is over...

Well that settles that question. Google Chrome, what they been say'n is the only browser to fix blog problems is now in the dumpster back in Deming with all my other junk. I should never listen when somebody says "change this".

Some people eat just to be eat'n. I do that quite often myself, not giv'n a hoot if'n it tastes good or not. Then there are rare occasions when I eat for the enjoyment of it. Savor the many different flavors of a good restaurant cooked meal. You would think this close to the Mexican border there would be a gazillion Mexican restaurants to choose from. But that ain't so. All me an' the OFM Barney found was a little ramshackle cafe beside the road....with a big ol' attic fan hang'n over a winder for air conditioning. Then there was only 2 people what could speak English....me and Barney. But the food was savored by our taste buds down to the very last bite. Not excellent, but very good for our choice of eat'em ups.

Then we went to Walmart to fill our long lists of necessaries. Barney sneaked out the store, mumbl'n something bout fish'n, before I could see what was in his shop'n cart. But I knowed what was in mine....only half of what I had on my list.
Walmart in Rio Grande City sucks. Tell all your friends.

After a day of eat'n and shop'n, I still have enough time to go find that elusive 14 pounds bass. Although I could use a nice nap. I'm get'n to think'n I ain't gonna catch no 14 pounds bass before I pull out next week....or whenever. What ya think?

Ok, got things to do....or not do.....laters.

  1. I am sure that the people in Rio Grande City like and appreciate having a WalMart within driving distance.

  2. What you got's to do BB is get up at O'dark thirty and be putting your blow up boat in the water before sunrise. That way you can catch the big hungry 15 pounder before the wind starts to blow.

  3. My money is on you catching the 15 pounder, when you catch it, check its weight and release it. No pictures to record the event, just your honest fisherman's word...right?

    1. If I was to catch up a 15 pounder, there would definitely be a photo or 10. But even without a photo, my word is good as gold.

  4. Go for the nap, Billy Bob, and dream about catching a hunnert pounds of bass!

Thanks for confirming the fact that I don't need Chrome. To begin with, it's a Google product and I don't have much confidence in it. So if you don't like it, that's good enough for me!

  6. I am STEAMED that Blogger has changed itself to pretty much require the use of Chrome or your blog doesn't look or act right. I let them know, too. I am sure they are shaking in their boots.

  7. Blogger and Chrome doesn't give a shit about any of us. They are on this rock to make billions off of ads and most of us don't put ad links on our blogs so to them we are just taking up their server hard drive space.

Well, piss on them, at least they let us do it for free.

  8. I use Firefox on one computer and IE at work. No issues either place. 'Course I stay with the oldest version on blogger and gmail, don't upgrade until they make me.
