Not much today....

I've got to just sit back this morn'n an' see what everbody else has to say. Anything I say right now, would be of no interest.....I feel like shit this morn'n. Be very careful where you walk. That "pile" lay'n on the floor may be me.

For the last 3 or 4 days, I have gotten up hurt'n like hell an' don't care one way or the other. I know, I know....I'm whinn'n again. Boo Hoo Billy Bob. " Take a aspirin Billy Bob. An a couple them antidepressants.....hell, try one them "needle doctor" pills".

I know there's other people out there that feel the same way I do. Hurt all day long, don't give a crap....bout to give slap up on everthing. Come on Friday, let's get a MRI an' fix something.

After read'n the OFM's blog, I feeled a bit better bout my condition. A couple minutes later I took a aspirin an' a alka seltzer. 

Ok....I got to quit right here afore I upset one my readers. Tomorrow I may feel better an' have something humorous to say. Write a story....something like that.

  1. I'd say take whatever pills make you feel better until you see what's going on and what can be done to make it better. If anti-depressants help, or if aspirin will do it, then go for it. Maybe once you are up and have moved around a bit you might feel better? Or then again . . . I feel bad for ya.

    1. I know you are trying to make a joke Dizzy, but old age is not why I injured my back many many years ago. It's kind of like run'n into a tree with a mortorhome...ya gotta get it fixed before you can return to the highways.

    2. I hurt my back when I was doing a project for G.E. and it has come back to haunt me. I think my back has a better memory than I do.

  3. I'm wondering: Is pain catching? A week ago again, my doctor refused meds for pain - she doesn't believe is prescribing such; today the pain is 9 on the scale -. midback and head. Out picking blackberries earlier didn't help the situation either. Aspirin tears my stomach to pieces - the ulcer.
    So, I must grin (cry) and bear it. The bed is yelling at me to come on down. Hope your remedies helps your condition today. Lying flat on my back on the ground felt good...for the minutes I reclined.
    It is wise to get in touch with the ground - did you know that? See ya dear. Uh, I mean Billy Bob.

    And Dizzy is right to an extent; aging definitely exacerbates earlier injuries, harmful occurrences.

  4. I am in Henderson Texas eating lunch in the Kroger parking lot being thankful I still have my right knee to be giving me so much ouchiness.

  5. If the pain meds help, take them. You aren't doing yourself any good by holding out. By not taking pain meds you are making your body work harder. If you take the meds than your body can rebuild a certain amount and you won't have quite so much pain the next day. Try it.

  6. Go ahead and upset us. You know us, we all enjoy giving advice. Just ignore us and do whatever ya want. I do hope the MRI shows something they can fix.
